SOUNDBOARDING

Your safe space for authentically generative conversations that fuel your leadership

Spitzberg Advisors offers Soundboarding: an opportunity for board members, executive directors, and senior staff to set aside time for problem-solving in a safe, collaborative 1:1 environment with an advisor who is both a coach and a peer. Ed Spitzberg has crafted an approach to leadership advisory services that marries his experience as an Executive Director and board member with his creativity as a consultant, helping his peers crack open difficult challenges. With an individual structure that combines targeted session plans, generative brainstorming and expert nonprofit advice, Soundboarding offers a format and results not often seen in a traditional coaching setting or peer group meeting.
